Stockbridge Lakes Bed & Breakfast now offer a variety of breakfast options to cater to your needs and enhance your breakfast experience. You may want to sleep in and have breakfast in your room, or enjoy the outdoors with a picnic-like breakfast by the lake, or have the Chef pamper you with a full service five star experience. It's your choice! Start your day with a wonderful breakfast served just the way you like it!  

Breakfast service begins at 8:00am, unless otherwise arranged, and is included in your stay. We offer a breakfast basket with hot or cold options or our traditional  full service (Chef Attended) breakfast. Designate your breakfast selection when selecting your room rate.

This rate includes accommodations as selected and our traditional breakfast. Wake up in the morning to the smell of a freshly prepared locally grown Southern Style breakfast and join us in the dining room at 9am for a five star delicious breakfast experience provided by our own personal chef. Breakfast menus are seasonal, Southern, and made with fresh ingredients! Please make a note of any dietary restrictions or tastes. Menu will be discussed upon arrival.

Policies

Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies:

• A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to guarantee the reservation
• If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your arrival, we are happy to provide you with a full refund less a $50 service fee.
• If you cancel within 14 days or less of your arrival, we cannot provide a refund or credit.
• If you are reserving multiple rooms or your reservation falls during a holiday or special event, then you must cancel more than 30 days prior to check-in in order to receive a refund less a $50 per room service fee. If cancelation is received within 30 days or less of arrival, we cannot provide a refund or credit.
• We do not provide refunds for no call/no shows. In the event of a no-show, the full room charge for the entire period reserved will be debited.

  Check out: 11 a.m.
  Please contact us for arrivals after 7 p.m. Guest that have not arrived by 7 p.m. and have not made late arrival arrangements will be charged as no-shows.
• Children over 9 welcome when accompanied by a parent or supervising adult and must be supervised at all times.
